When you submit an estimate request we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, and optionally your project address, flooring type, approximate square footage, and project notes.

If you create a customer account, we store your email address, an encrypted password managed by our authentication provider, and any name or phone number you provide. Records tied to your account, such as estimates, invoices, jobs, and contracts, are stored so you can view them in your portal.

We do not sell your information and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare estimates and invoices, schedule and perform work, communicate about your project, and keep business records.

Customer records are restricted so that a signed-in customer can only see their own estimates, invoices, jobs, and contracts. Internal records are limited to authorized staff, and sensitive areas such as invoices, materials, team access, and the audit log are limited to administrators.

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the site and our business, such as our website hosting and database provider, and with others when required by law.

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Account access requires a password, database access rules restrict each account to its own records, and changes to key business records are logged for review.

We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as needed for the work, our business records, and any legal or tax obligations that apply.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
